Brady playing at fantasy MVP level

The more things change the more they stay the same.

Through 13 weeks of the NFL season, Patriots QB Tom Brady is the highest rated QB in the league, and is also heating up at the right time for fantasy owners.

From Week 6 through 9, Brady averaged 228 yards and threw for 5 touchdowns. Not bad numbers, but not fantasy stud numbers. Fantasy owners who were patient with Brady are reaping the benefits.

In Brady's last four games, he's averaged 300 yards and threw 12 TDs. Another great thing about Brady's recent tear is that he has no turnovers and and only been sacked five times.

That means not only is Brady racking up fantasy points, he's also not hurting owners who get negative points for turnovers and sacks.

With fantasy playoffs beginning this weeks in many leagues, owners shouldn't think twice about starting Brady the rest of the season.

The Patriots last four games are against good pass defenses at Bears (13th), vs. Packers (6th), at Bills (10th) and vs. Dolphins (5th).

If this was any normal QB, owners might try to play someone else, but this is Tom Brady were talking about. He's already torched teams like the Ravens, Steelers and Jets, so he will be fine.
